OLD Asus k42f cannot install x64 win 10

I did upgrade the my ram from 4 to 8 gb. Currently im using win10 x32 so the max usable ram is only 4 ( available 8gb), so i want to change it to x64 so that i can utilize all 8gb ram. But unfortunately i cannot install it because of bluescreen (kernel security check failure) i try to use new ssd as fresh install. Still the same. I already check all drivers on present x32 os and no problem. Is there something i need to do first or anything?
