Does anyone else think the writing of Jean has been bad over the past few weeks?

It feels like every episode they have to write Jean to do something silly without it actually having a payoff or storyline reason. It's like why wasn't the carbon monoxide detected? Oh silly Jean! Is Harvey going to propose? Nope Silly Jean!
