[Routine Help] How to not have dry, flaky skin on my face from accutane?

Only been on accutane for one week and my skin is already getting a lot drier than it normally is. My current routine is neutrogena ultra gentle hydrating cleanser followed by Cerave moisturizing cream both in the morning and at night before bed, with a layer of sunscreen after my Cerave in the mornings. However, my skin still feels super dry and it gets a little flaky around my mouth, nose, and chin. I was just wondering if there is any way to combat this flakiness/dryness at all? I know it’s inevitable that my skin will feel dry but if I could figure out a way to not be flaky it would be nice because I work in the service industry and have to talk face to face to people for my job and I don’t want to be all flaky and gross looking lol. Does anyone have any suggestions or should I just tough it out ?
