Examples of humans with "unnatural" skin colour?

Looking for some lore advice for an upcoming painting project. Are there any canon examples of human populations with consistently "unnatural" (blue, dark red etc) skin colours? Cadians have violet eyes, but any others which are more marked?

This is for World Eater Jakhals, so I can always go "Chaos did it!" but I am just wondering if there are canon examples.
