Man of the Match

Hello, recent Newcastle supporter over here in the States.

I’ve been noticing that almost every match Trippier has won Man of the Match in the PL app. I agree he’s excellent, but there have been several matches where I thought other players stood out as the best player on the pitch. Am I missing something in Trippier’s game or are there other theories about why he always seems to win?
