I got up at 7:30, which is late.

I studied as usual but only did two chapters.

I did not workout.

I did not go for a run.

I did not smoke or vape.

I did not masturbate.

I wasted my entire day.

I did not try to use my time wisely.

I spent time with my family.

I tried giving up.

I did not give up.

I slept in the afternoon.

I didn't play video games.

I watched Netflix and YouTube a lot today.
