Recommendations for a sports jacket in tropical weather?

Hi there folks, I wear sports jackets for work, and it's usually around 80° F and humid where I am. Work takes me outside and inside, rain and wind, and requires a good range of motion. I've also got equipment and tools on my belt, so the life expectancy of my dress clothes is limited at best. If you have any recommendations for this type of weather and use, I would love to hear them. Thanks.
