I have covid and it's hell

I've been using my nebulizer and taking advil, and taking nyquil at night. I think I really need steroids at this point but I'm an immigrant without healthcare. My in-laws that gave it to me as a holiday gift have been insensitive about my asthma and me not wanting to get sick since I met them. I'm so sick of no one taking asthma seriously and being inconsiderate of others. At first I was angry but now I'm just sad. I don't have much money and I'm a 23 yr old in a precarious situation because I'm still immigrating and far away from my family. Why can't people have an ounce of empathy and understand that.

It mostly feels like a bad case of bronchitis right now, I've been coughing a lot and the mucus I cough up is yellow. My lungs feel unbearably tight and I have trouble sleeping. My routine right now is advil during day, liquid nyquil at night, nebulizer 2x a day (I only have 15 nebules left), lots of warm tea. Any advice or stories about how you recovered from covid (especially omicron variants because that's what I think I have) is very much appreciated.
