Hostel etiquette?

Hi all. I'm going on my first solo trip this weekend, to Barcelona. I'm staying in a hotel with 6 to a room. What's the etiquette?

Coming and going times? Do you sleep in PJ's or is underwear acceptable? Any other etiquette tips?
