UMAREX MP5 components compatibility

Hi all, I have an MP5 from UMAREX with HK logos stamped on. I'd like to change its simple handguard with one with an already integrate torch or rails, do you know if umarex sells these components or which other brands I may research? Can I use real HK parts?

Thank you.
