Almost 3yo didn’t pass hearing test - feel like I’m going to have a nervous breakdown

Found out a few months ago that my daughter had a lot of fluid in her ears - I’m guessing for years now because she’s been speech delayed for awhile and would pronounce a lot of sounds wrong.

Today she had her checkup after getting tubes last month. She did better but still didn’t pass her hearing test so they have to retest. They said she was really distracted but I could tell she wasn’t hearing a lot of the low sounds.

Anyway, I’m freaking out now. I felt like this was going to happen. Can anyone make me feel better? Has this happened to your kids? 😭

On top of this, my 15mo also has low muscle tone and is not walking yet and he also has an inguinal hernia that he has to have surgery for.

I’m just done with this. I just want to have two healthy kids. I know some people have it even worse but I am just so sad and worried right now.
