QMS implementation in Notion? (based on ISO 13485)

Hello! I am looking to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) for my small business (5 people) to apply for medical certification (based on ISO 13485). I researched/tested several QMS platforms, and they look to me prehistoric or too expensive (for the resources we have).

We use Notion (and google docs) for our documentation, and I see no reason why we could not use Notion (Enterprise) as our QMS. The only two caveats that I see with Notion are that perhaps the lack of electronic signatures (for FDA/US?) and the search option is not great (but I think that there are third-party apps that may help with this).

My question is: did anyone use Notion to implement their QMS and pass any certifications? Could you share your learnings or/and some resources that we can use to implement such a system?
