lease vs purchase solar (Asana)

Was not aware you could not opt out of the solar panels. For Asana, we are being offered the following. This is not our forever home and we plan to move out within 10 years. Would you guys purchase or lease? Theoretically, solar would reduced our electricity bill by at least $65 a month correct so theoretically we would break even?
