There are four mouse movement keys, but it is possible to make four more?

There are keys for up,down,left,right and I'm trying to get ones for up-left, up-right,down-left,down-right. I feel that the integrated mouse could be viable if it had these additional buttons, but I had no luck making them.

It would also be nice to have different keys for movement with different inherent speed. So you get a set for quick movement and then a different set for precision movement. Or maybe just a modifier that turns one in the other. Like Numlock.
