Thinking of this today and thought I'd share my truth I discovered too late to be much good with my narcs but helped me out in life.

For what it helps I discovered way too late that my narc would always find fault with whatever I chose to do so no matter how hard I tried I would be able to please them. At that point if you're going to be yelled at no matter what choice you make, you might as well make the best of the choices you want instead of doing what they want you to do. It really was a freeing moment to have discovered this.
