Recommendations for electives in June-August ‘23

Hey guys! I am new to the elective hunt so I don’t know much. Wanted some recommendations for good electives (medicine) that are not for VSLO affiliated schools only. Also I haven’t given Step 1 yet so probably won’t be eligible in most I guess.
