Dog ate my girlfriend’s ‘Shot in the Arm’ pennant.. Please help..

I’m trying to find a replacement. Anyone selling one, willing to part with, or can throw me in the right direction.

We went to see them live in Oakland, where she purchased the pennant. Well we moved recently and it was sitting on the shelf.. When my dog made the decision to make a bad decision (to be fair, a dogs laws of morality are somewhat different than ours).

Please help!
