Hello! I am looking for a qualified ecologist to do a EIS

Sorry if this is not the place for this.

I own a 33 acre lot in mulmur, Ontario which falls under the jurisdiction of the conservation authority and was hoping I can work with an ecologist that is not part of a large consultancy firm that charges people 5-10k for an EIS. It’s a fairly straightforward project (I think).

I’m trying to build a net zero home with thermal storage and I’m keen to get going and jump through the many hoops required.
