Help!! Pregnancy scare

Hey guys i’m not a native english speaker so I already apologize for any grammar mistakes.

So I take the pill religiously everyday without mistakes but this Christmas (12/25) I was on the last day of my placebo pills and me and my partner had unprotected sex, even tough he didn’t came inside me. In the end of this day, I started to have some really bad diarrhea (watery, fever symptoms, nausea) that lasted hours. I woke up in the other day (12/26), still with diarrhea and not feeling well. My anxiety started because I was about to start my new pack (7pm everyday) and the diarrhea was pretty frequent.

I took my first pill and started to sleep because I didn’t want to “expel” my pill. Tuesday, no diarrhea, only abdominal cramps. Wednesday (2 am, 7 hours after taking my pill), the diarrhea appears. In the morning (12 hours after taking my pill) I also had some loose stools during the morning. Thursday, no diarrhea and I started to take some antibiotics. Friday, only one episode of diarrhea after lunch, +- 13 hours after taking my bc.

I’m really afraid of getting pregnant. I started to use condoms with my partner since the diarrhea started, and also because of the antibiotics. He didn’t came inside me on December 25th but I am afraid of any precum and they say that sperm can last 5 days. I wasn’t having “big episodes” of diarrhea during the week, It was usually loose stools but i’m still afraid and I was my first week of the pack. My breast are also lightly tender but I have these symptoms every single month, due to my birth control.
