Loki Assembly help

As I was trying to assemble Loki's horns onto his head, the horn snapped out of my tweezers and have disappeared somewhere into my carpet. Stupid mistake, I know, but I doubt I will find it. Any reasonable replacements or fixes that anyone has done/can think of?

EDIT: Holy crap, I actually just found it. Went in between keys of my keyboard, haha. Perhaps I'll change the question now to: Any tips on how to get his horns on without this happening again?
