2 female PA inmates looking for Pen-Pals. Lets cheer them up.

Heyya everyone,

I dont know if this is allowed but a few weeks ago Wubby was looking for inmates to be pen-pals with.

I know 2 female inmates in PA who would like some people to talk to. I dont know if this is allowed but with their permission im posting their info and how to get a hold of them. They are good people, lets go cheer them up. They think i cant get people to send them friend requests, lets prove them wrong.
