How to get a Roku TV, Roku Wireless speakers and a TCL soundbar that is Roku ready to all work together

I have a Hisense Roku TV, A TCL Alto TS813 Soundbar and a pair of Roku Wireless speakers. I can't seem to get them all working together for some reason. It will only let me do either the soundbar or the speakers. Is there a way to do this without getting a streambar? I'm not the biggest fan of the sound of it.
