Unsure of what to do after finishing CS50X and CS50W

Hi all, This is my first post in this community (and one of the first on reddit in general, I am quite exited). Before to start with my question, a bit of a background: I am a Physiotherapist working for NHS England and would like to have a change and start a career as a developer. I kinda commenced looking into what programming is and a rapid glance at HTML CSS and JS few years ago however I started seriously studying for it roughly 7 months ago by completing CS50X on September. I now completed CS50W few days ago and here is where my dilemma starts.

At this point of my learning where I have a broad understanding of programming in general, essential knowledge of basic languages (C, Python, JS, CSS and HTML) and some experience with different frameworks such as Django and React. I find myself stuck into what the next step should be, as I kinda studied mainly web developing I believe I should be going towards that direction from now. My boyfriend is a senior front-end developer and he said that basing on my projects and on how I usually code he believes that I am ready, or at least close to be ready, to land a entry level job, based on the junior he usually works with. However I really do not feel that way, I tried to complete some of the tests on linkedIn to earn badges and I couldn't answer/struggled to answer at least to half of the questions. I believe I need more topics to be explored and I do not understand most of the time what I am doing.

My question is: What should I do now after completing this two courses? I have an essential understanding of JS, HTML, CSS and Python. Made different projects on Django and One in React. Used TS on the last project as well. Howe do I move forward and how do I know if I am ready to look for a job? how do you know when you can attempt the transition from student to entry level? I already looked at a similar question on this group but it did not answer the "when do you know you are ready" question which is the most important to me.

P.S. With transition to a job I do not intend to stop studying, just keep doing it while earning rather than working for the NHS and then studying programming if that make sense.
