[BIOS PROBLEM] My X470 Gaming Plus has Gaming PRO BIOS installed. Can't update BIOS, therefore can not install my new Ryzen 5800X... Help?

Hi. Like I said, my motherboard (MSI X470 Gaming Plus) has the Pro variant BIOS installed on it instead of the Plus variant to reflect its hardware. The Pro is a slightly less capable board than the Plus. It's great that this seems to work... could've gone a lot worse. But now that it thinks it's a Pro board, I can not install the newer Plus BIOS versions on it; MSI Mflash does not detect the files.

I could now update to the latest Pro variant to be able to use my new 5800X on it (now on a 2600X), however I'm afraid any new changes in the Pro BIOS will create issues up to actually bricking the whole thing.

What the F do I do?
