Another Update

Talked to the photographer. He said he'd be happy to show me photographs but that my wife was planning on surprising me with a photo album (he's covering the cost as a thank you for her helping him). I mentioned that I was a bit 'nervous' about the whole shoot thing and he said that is normal and I could either wait for the album, he'd be happy to show me (But that would ruin the surprise), or I could send a trusted friend to review the photos to make sure everything is fine. So right now I'm trying to find a trusted friend to reach out.

Also, I wanted to thank the nice redditors who've reached out and given words of encouragement.
