How to play the Yak 38M?

So i recently got the Yak 38M. I mean I could understand why people say it's bad. But i really like the 4 R60s and I wonder what would be the best Playstyle. And how many minutes of Fuel should I take with me.

Thank you for every Response, and that you are helping me.
