ChessTempo Puzzle Ratings

Does each puzzle on CT have a Blitz rating as well as a Standard rating? Or is it one single rating per puzzle?

If each puzzle has one rating, I’d assume someone’s Blitz rating would tend to be lower than their Standard rating, and I can’t figure out why my Blitz and Standard ratings are essentially the same.
