Are signed editions for pre-order physically hand-signed by authors, or is it a printed signature? Also, when do stores generally run out of copies?

Hi all,

I really wanna buy a signed copy of the upcoming How To Sell A Haunted House by our very own r/GradyHendrix. But I just want to check, it's hand signed by him right? I don't wanna buy it only for it to be a printed signature.

Also, I'm super broke and can't buy it right now. How quickly do these sorts of things run out?
