Galaxy S22 Overheating and Shutting Off

My galaxy s22 non plus, keeps overheating and shutting off randomly. I don't keep many apps open and keep my apps updated. This phone seems to have an issue overheating and thermal throttling forcing a shutdown. I can't figure out how to resolve this issue either. I usually just wait for the phone to cool down then turn it on but its a huge pain in the ass to have my phone randomly turn off. I shouldn't have to do this though. Has anyone found a fix for this issue?
