GPS Accuracy, Maps and WatchOS 9

Hi all,

So [I heard] (https://youtu.be/ae96L_WBlo4?t=426) one of the new features in WatchOS 9 was that Apple would use Maps data to snap back errant GPS locations, i.e when it says you ran through a building, back to where it logically should be.

How is this meant to work? My GPS is always a bit off during a run. It has the typical cutting of corners and the more annoying thing where it assumes you ran through a building. It's doing the same under WatchOS 9.

Am I meant to have the Series 8 watch? LTE? Toggle a switch somewhere?
