Lost output to 2nd Monitor

I have lost output to 2nd monitor was working fine for a long-time but it crashed and said something like display installation fatel error, this is the code I get in reliability monitor "LKD_0x1B8_NV_Blackscreen_Blackbox_dxgkrnl!DxgCreateLiveDumpWithDriverBlob" I have tried all the basics reinstalling graphics driver and so on.

Can anybody help with this
