How to transmit wirelessly

I am trying to find something to connect to HDMI ARC on my TV, wirelessly transmit the audio to a BOSE receiver that can only take RCA audio. Not sure if they make a HDMI in wireless and RCA out wireless. Help! Hardwire is not an option here.
