What they did to the lawyer really did cross a line

So I get that as part of the show they have to manipulate business owners for comedic effect. That's what makes the show so great. But I was watching Dumb Starbucks last night and what they did to Peter Marx (the lawyer) honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. It's one thing for them to convince business owners who agreed to have their business pimped to try out ridiculous ideas. But this was a professional who thought he was only consulting who was clearly rushed into signing a contract on camera that soon made him terrified for his livelihood. He was scared a giant corporation would sue him and he would go bankrupt. They must have offered him a lot of money afterwards to keep things going because most people would have just completely stopped. He was clearly distraught over losing all his money in a lawsuit. That crossed a line.
