sleeping with fresh nipple piercing

I got mine done about 6 days ago and they are doing very well. Im a naked sleeper, I wore a sports bra the first 2 jights and the last few I havent worn anything and haven't had any issues. Last night before bed I took my shirt off and caught it a little, it bled a tiny bit. Its okay now (am) but I am wondering if its best to always wear something? Or are there others out there, fully healed, wearing nothing cause I hate wearing stuff to bed 🤣
