AMD GPU fix for Luigi's Mansion arcade teknoparrot?

I'm starting to think I made a mistake with my arcade emulation PC hardware when I went with an AMD 6600 GPU. I really wanted Luigi's Mansion working but the performance is really bad for some reason even though I can play other modern games on high settings without issue. I thought this card would be plenty powerful but maybe Nvidia is more native to emulation for PC arcade. Anyone have playable performance with this title on AMD GPUs?
