What are some good colleges if I want to double major in business/finance and cs?

I'm probably not going to get any financial aid so I'm definitely aiming for colleges with a bit of lesser tuitions and I'm also open to going to international colleges (though I'm limiting my selection to well-known colleges so they can still be acknowledged in the US). I also currently live in California so I have the lesser in-state tuition. currently thinking about: UC Berkeley, MIT, Cambridge, Oxford, ETH Zurich(would have to learn German), Singapore Institute of Technology anyone know if any of the other UCs or California state colleges are good for my majors also if anyone has any advice on how applying to international universities from the US is like that'd be great
