Is stuttering connected to my TBI in my case?

I am a female in her mid 80s (yes, I am that old. Oldest Redditor? :) ) I have a mild TBI from being thrown out of the window by my older brother when I was 9 months old. I have a very severe stutter when I speak and I've had one since I was 5 years old. I also have an autism diagnosis if that is relevant at all. Sometimes the signs of my TBI and my autism collide, like with sensory issues, issues concentrating, etc. I've always been so curious about why my stutter was always so bad. I don't know if it's autism, the TBI, or both.
