Staying organized - busy season?

So maybe it’s just me, but during busy season when I have a bunch of different deadlines for things, and requests coming from different places I notice I have a hard time keeping it all straight, and keeping a pulse on what I have coming up.

Does anyone have any tools they recommend? I’ve tried one note and an excel sheet and neither really have been my vibe so far. Thanks!
