(MTF) my birth name doesn't really make me feel anything?

So I've kinda recently started my transition and my birth name is Ryan I don't think it really suits me I don't feel anything from it, I've also thought about making it Rian to make it more fem but again I don't feel anything from it. When I hear the name "Natalie" on me I get butterflies and some euphoria. I'm not great with this stuff, are name changes just a name you like and you want or are name changes like gender where its something you were born with you just need to discover it. I know that sounds confusing but I was wondering if anyone can relate. I also feel kinda disrespectful to tell my parents I want to change my name I feel like there gonna take it the wrong way, this whole thing is just stressing me out lol.
