Have notebook available for offline use

I upload reports (mostly pdfs converted into images) into OneNote and then use a tablet to bring to meetings when I need to refer to those reports. I am often in places with no or poor wifi. Is there a way to download an ENTIRE workbook to the tablet while it is connected to good wifi? Currently I need to open up every page and verify that all images are loaded, and it's not practical.
