Track conversion workflow

Hey guys.

First of all, happy new year!

Now, to the nitty gritty: I have SEVERAL tracks in my collection that are in ALAC format. CDJS play these without issue but standalones like the RX3 don't.

I manage all my tunes in iTunes and simply drag them to Rekordbox for my playlist creation.

Is there a possible way to convert those ALACs into AIFFs (yeah I know that Im adding "air" to the file) without losing tags so my playlists can be converted... or do I have to convert and re-add to my playlists? (I think the latter is what will happen but want to know if there is a workaround).
