Books between States

Not sure if anyone will actually know an answer to this but just throwing it out there. I live right on the border of Michigan and Ohio (live in Michigan and work in Ohio). I've had open accounts in Michigan with DK, FD, Barstool, MGM, and Ceasars pretty much since Michigan went live. Ohio went live 1/1. When I log into DK, FD, and Barstool in Ohio my current Logins work and my balance followed. MGM and Ceasars want me to create new accounts for Ohio and my balance doesn't follow. Makes it harder to want to use those 2. Not sure what the reasoning is on this, whether it's the Books thing or some law that they are stuck with that the others aren't.
