G733 Receiver Broken

I won a G733 headset via contest in September 2021 and the usb receiver just broken yesterday. The Logitech agent told me they can't help me because they aren't able to check the store warranty without a receipt. The SN warranty was expired I assume.

The agent told me to reach out to the company for the receipt but I haven't heard back.

I'll probably have to buy a new headset. I think it sucks that Logitech doesn't offer the option to buy replacement receivers for this headset.
