my tumblr was terminated out of the blue!

I have been a user for more than 10+ years & faced no issue. I don't think i violated any guidlines. Is there a way to get my old account back? I have done what they ask for on the support page but haven't gotten a response. What else can i do it to get back? What steps should i take! My only concern is that i use vpn to use tumblr as it i think doesn't open in my country but i never faced any problem. I have been using vpn for tumblr for over 2 years now i guess! If anyone can help, it will be much appreciated! I know tumblr has its problems but i love the community there & i want that back! Thank in advance.
