Top Hats

Am I the only one who wants a good top hat for all neopets? The Gear one doesn't fit my Blumaroos outfits and the Top Hat item is an unwearable item. I just want my little guy to be dapper.

Edit: Or make it so we cant change the colors on certain parts of the clothes we get to match them with each other.

Edit: There isn't even a NC one.
