Hyperfixation when it comes to gender

Did anyone hyperfixate on whether they are/were trans or not or did you all know the question of "am I trans or not" is constantly there in my head day in day out I just want to know because if I am then I can get on with it or if I'm not then finally put it to rest (hope that makes sense) I've always had issues when it comes to making big decisions like which college courses to pick which gcse's to pick things like that. Just so stuck and tired of not knowing.
