Can you hit someone with your groin or ass?

Its illegal to hit someone in the groin, but can i hit someone with my groin? If e.g. someone is kneeling in front of me, can i just take his head and hit in my groin? I know that nobody would ever do that, because it hurts you more than the enemy, but is it technically legal?
