One for the books

What would you do? Customer ordered multiple tags with only a name on it. After I completed the custom order she contacted me to say her pet just died and she doesn’t need them. I sent condolences but stated as they were done, I could not simply refund and throw them away. Metal is expensive. I offered to put dates on the back so she could use them as remembrances at no charge. I looked at her user profile. She has never looked at a single pet item but her faves are filled with bondage items including collars. Don’t believe there was a pet who died. Who has a beloved pet die and within hours thinks oh, I need to cancel my Etsy order??? So you know I will receive a one star review saying I am heartless. Lol. Go…
