My eyes are tired af, I need a good monitor for office work and movie watching.

Been working from home, rn I have a screen time of 10-11 hours and my 15.6 inch laptop screen is not enough. I need bigger texts and screen. I don't play games but need a good monitor for office work and movie watching. Preferably 24 inch, please recommend me if you have suggestions. I would like to stay around 10k but could go hard max of 13.5k. Do share any things which I should keep in mind for my use case.
