Question about Harrison Wells

So I started re watching The Flash, and in season 1 Episode 9, after Harrison Wells gets captured by the reverse flash and takes a beating, Caitlin does a check up on him. My question is, how does Caitlin not know that Harrison Wells is the reverse flash from his injuries healing? Barry’s cells reproduce at an extreme rate and heals super fast, how does Harrison Wells keep from healing fast or showing any “symptoms” of being another flash?
